I went to this furniture store yesterday and loved it! The sales people were very nice and helpful. In fact, when I said I would like a particular style, but in a different color, they said they could make exactly what I wanted! Of course, it was an additional fee, but WOW - he gave me a big book of couch styles and cloth swatches. The custom made sofa price is going to be less than a sofa set at a regular store. I have to say, no their showroom isn't glamorous, but that is one way they probably keep their prices down. I will update my post through this experience of getting my couch made, but so far, they were really nice! Yes, you have to go up stair and go with an open mind, and it sounds like you gotta get things in writing, but thus far, my experience was great! OK, so I didn't have any furniture made, I just bought what was on the floor. They delivered it very promptly and were very nice about it! I have had my furniture for a few months now, and love it! I would definitely go back!

I went to Crazy Mikes a few weeks ago after finding the store on Yellowpages.com. I just moved to the island and needed furniture right away. Not only did I find everything I needed, but they gave me a great deal, and delivered it the next day. Thanks Crazy Mike, I will spread the word!

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and treated like family by a salesman who obviously knows the true meaning of aloha I believe his name was Matt… as well as the delivery staff that set up and delivered all my furniture for a fraction of the cost that other stores in Honolulu charge.. To all of Hawaii, I have lived in Hawaii for 5 years and the one thing that you learn to live with is high prices. So when I went furniture shopping I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for furniture. I looked at several places before I found The Discount Furniture Warehouse. This place is a God send of high quality and great deals. I found a dining room set, a desk and I even had money left over to get my kids a bunk bed. The people who work there are so nice, I never felt like I was being followed around or pressed to buy. Tim our sales guy did a great job of answering all of our questions. I came into the Discount Furniture Warehouse needing a dining table for my family Thanksgiving dinner. I came in and a lady named Rochelle took her time showing me everything they had in stock then showed me catalogs that I could order from. I found a perfect table in one of them and got it in a little over a month. All the other stores I went into quoted me 3-6 months for special orders. I was so happy with my table and the delivery guys who delivered it were so nice and respectful. All in all I came in and got exactly what I needed for a very affordable price.
